At the November Lomi Lomi course I had the opportunity to lead, the collective heart space opened up. In the embrace of maternal energy, bliss, tenderness, gentleness, our bodies cleared themselves of blockages and beliefs that we no longer needed. The Aloha energy activated the process of transformation, allowing us to symbolically be born again in our bodies.

Celebrating yourself during a Lomi Lomi course

It was also a meeting where I could celebrate my next birthday in the extraordinary company of kindred souls. This time I started counting my age backwards 😉 For the first time since time immemorial I allowed myself to enjoy this holiday.

Celebrating this joy in spite of the convictions and arrangements that I had previously been imbued with through upbringing, surroundings, and culture: because it’s not appropriate to be happy like that, because it’s selfish, because it’s arrogance, pride, insolence, ego overgrowth, because one has to be modest, because it’s a virtue and a value.

For the first time I dusted myself off and allowed everything to flow: joy, bliss, madness, unbridled, power, because everything in us is good. Thank you.

Lomi Lomi massage is a dance of two souls

The specimen of massage on this Lomi course had an extraordinary dimension for me in terms of working with the body, above all in the visual dimension. Being in close contact with the person I am working with I am aware of what happens during the massage and how much healing value this has. However, I rarely have the opportunity to observe myself being massaged.

Thank you to the participants who made a video of the show. When I saw this footage I saw how much I did not believe in myself and how much I did not appreciate myself. It was like a daze, so I gave myself permission to admire myself and enjoy what I was doing during the massage and how beautiful it looked. It brought to mind that Lomi Lomi massage is not just the dance steps of a masseur, it is a dance with passion, and for me that dance is tango.

Masseur leads a person experiencing massage in his arms. He leads like a partner in tango, and the partner tries to keep up with him. This has convinced me that I can dance and massage during this dance. My dance is Lomi Lomi tango. It is a passion and art, which is worth sharing not only during massage sessions, but also at shows.

Self-esteem – what is your worth?

It has also occurred to me that Lomi Lomi has an immeasurable value, also in monetary terms. Once someone beautifully compared Lomi to Mercedes among massages. Today it is a Maybach, a car created on order for the chosen ones, therefore it should be valued as much as it brings us satisfaction and joy. As much as the energy we put into our work and the costs we incur in doing so, and as much as it is effective to be able to do it to the best of our ability, so that we don’t feel we are abusing ourselves, giving away power, serving or offering ourselves to someone or something.

Not as much as we suspect the client will be able to pay us, because it goes against the principles of selflessness, good-naturedness, helping, healing, because it’s a sign of disrespect and humility, because it’s such a location, heck, or otherwise. These are the excuses of our programmes: “I don’t deserve that much, the money is bad, I won’t have clients because no one can afford it today and especially in this location where I operate”. No!… Yes, it is a sign of disrespect, but to yourself and, consequently, to the person for whom you provide massage.

After all, we live in a system based on the energy of money, and let’s stop fooling ourselves and our clients into thinking that we are providing an exclusive, discounted service that requires a lot of our energy.
How much are you able to sacrifice and give away? -10%, -20%, because. some Gold, Black, Red bargain. Who of you will give more? It means that your work is worth less than you value it every day. Does it mean that you cheat every day? Why not, instead of signing up to externally invented promotion holidays and thus recognising the value of your service, do something more for the customer – add something of your own? Remember the rule: All power comes from within us, so if it comes from within us then what is your value?

What is the value of your Lomi Lomi massage, which is a unique service? What price would bring you satisfaction? Believe that when you are satisfied with the payment you receive for your work, the client will be even more satisfied – not the other way around – because you will give them with complete joy what you do best. Start operating from the position that the client, by paying you for a massage, is not losing anything, but is gaining the best massage that man could come up with.

Be unbounded joy

I wish you from the bottom of my heart to discover and celebrate the childlike joy in you every day. If you have something you don’t like about yourself, those 10 or 20% Black ;), or what bothers you about yourself, then get away from each other. Respect yourself, accept yourself, love yourself, enjoy the thing that seems most trivial or silly. Celebrate. Give yourself the right to your best, to be rich in a broad sense, and I ask you this is not pride, Ego overgrowth or denial.

It is the joy of being. You are wonderful and unique just as you were created. Share this joy through a Lomi Lomi massage, through the thoughts and words you say to each other, through any form of sharing goodness. “Let the arms of Aloha embrace the whole world”.
